From farm to vessel
Consistent fruit is not an accident. It is a process, repeated every week.
-
Farm inspection
Our field team checks plant stands, cultural practices, and farm hygiene before any harvest is scheduled.
-
Guided harvest
Fruit is cut at the right maturity and handled carefully from the first touch, using correct harvesting materials.
-
Packinghouse inspection
Every cluster is checked for crown condition, defects, cleanliness, and appearance during sorting and packing.
-
Weight check and packing
Fruit is weighed and packed to each buyer's specification.
-
Cold storage
Packed fruit moves directly into cold storage at our VVS Cold Storage facility in Tibungco.
-
Reefer loading
Refrigerated containers hold the cold chain from Davao to the destination port.
Compliance without compromise
Management provides growers with approved-chemicals lists and verifies compliance through regular farm and warehouse visits. Fruit is tested periodically against the residue standards of our destination markets — Japan's Positive List system, Chinese import requirements, and Gulf standards. Buyers receive fruit that is consistent, compliant, and aligned with the expectations of their markets.
