Highland Cavendish
Elevation: 500–900 meters above sea level (MASL). Highland bananas mature slowly in cooler mid-elevation climates. Slow growth develops naturally sweeter flavor and denser pulp than lowland Cavendish, with slower ripening and long greenlife for stable quality in transit.
- Naturally sweeter taste
- Long greenlife and slow, even ripening
- Stable pulp structure for shipping
- Consistent quality for Japan, China, and Middle East programs
